Location: Florida...

Company Profile:
The company and business model operates across a diverse portfolio of high performing assets on a national basis with an active transactional (acquisition, development, under development) pipeline totaling over $2B at any given time. In addition to currently having a multibillion dollar AUM portfolio, they are continuing to grow, having recently raised and closed over $3B in capital and allocating this to core, core plus, value add and opportunistic/ground up new development projects in over 25 states (typical new development project ranges from $10M - $120M). In addition, they have a newly created $2.5B+ debt fund/platform that is growing in multiples as well. This individual will play a key leadership role driving the investor relations, communications and reporting business function, strategies and overall initiatives across the enterprise. They are committed to long-term growth and sustainability, with the plans, capital, partners and run rate to double in AUM over the next 2.5 - 3 years. The firm has established capital and capital partners with funds that are oversubscribed (this is a good thing), therefore the value needed for this position is at the "global" leadership level in building the IR platform and not necessarily focused on sales/marketing.

The Opportunity: This investor relations executive will be the senior most leader who is instrumental in “building out”, managing and driving the team, program, processes, standards and performance/success of the firm’s investor relations and reporting platform, relationships and communication with institutional investors, all stakeholders and partners both internal and external. This is a huge opportunity that is unique in that it will allow an individual like you to further leverage your career experiences to further build out and lead a relatively new investor relations and reporting platform with a renowned and very well-respected real estate investment and asset management firm. In addition, the firm is technologically advanced, having a robust business intelligence reporting and technology platform and team (Microsoft Power BI, Oracle, Tableau, SQL) where this individual will also be instrumental in continuing to build out the BI initiative from an IR perspective.

The ideal individual: will love the RE business and understand asset performance, have a solid finance fluency, be a great communicator and ability to build, lead and run a high performance, high output IR machine at the highest level. This person will have the ability to build and manage a team, work at the business planning and strategic level, across functional lines, have a strong understanding of the real estate investment and asset management business, interfacing directly with high profile investor community as it relates to all things real estate and fund raising from an IR perspective. The right person will possess a solid business leadership acumen, is both functionally and quantitatively minded, operates with a high level of sophistication, thrives on complex real estate, is forward thinking, enjoys and has an interest in all aspects of IR across the full life cycle of real estate investment and asset management in a high growth, very well capitalized environment. Again, this role is at the strategic level and not focused on day to day sales, marketing and capital production but rather is the person building out the function and the point of contact for established institutional capital partners across all things IR and reporting at the highest level. This is a very exciting and fun position that offers significant exposure communicating both horizontal and vertical across all stakeholders and partners (internally and externally), with a firm that is known for their incredible culture, capital strength, respected leadership, performance and growth
